There are things that I love,
And some I love most,
Like the sound of a glove
Or the smell of a ghost,
Snowmen on fire,
Parrots on toast,
And piles of earthworms
Glued to a post.
There are things that I love,
That give me delight,
Like whelks on a carpet,
And ponies at night,
Poorly fed peacocks
Dropped from a height,
And flies, wasps and bumblebees
Having a fight.
There are things that I love,
That make me feel great,
Like walruses flying,
A house on a plate,
Live chicken carcasses,
Moles gaining weight,
And small lumps of dog mess
Building a gate.
